I just went through this! I have a chrome 45mm. I decided in a 50mm chrome. I eventually want a brass too but for just one chrome is a perfect option.

I am hoping it will be easier on my arthritis too! I know knee holds are easier on a 50 and SM is easier too for me.

I only wash my hair every 4 or 5 days. Since I dye it blonde u can do that but when my roots come out I need to wash it more. You all should try a vitamin from Krogers called Hair, Skin, and Nails. It will make your hair grow faster when taken daily. Healthy Sexy Hair shampoo and conditioner is good to promote growth too. I live the Bix Sexy Hair dry shampoo too!!! My gav since I do not wash every day.

Hey Veena! This sounds great!!! Can you describe what the rainbow pose is? Is it like a bridge? I know every move has so many names.

I have that one too and it is not going to increase your flexibility really. I like Veena's lessons and Alethea Austin's stretching dvds. Valentino Brothers also have good ones.

I don’t think flexibility is really a factor in this one. I have no flexibility in my back. None. My bridge looks like a bananna and I love this move.

My xpole is slightly bent too. I have had it for almost 4 years though. With all I do I kindle expected it. We just noticed it really last night when we took it down to clean and re level. So fat it doesn’t seem to be causing any problems.

If your hair is balck it will not bleach out to blonde right now. All you can do is go to sallys, get bleach and 30 volume developer. You will then need a dark blonde color and 10 volume developer to put over the orange the hilights pull. Everyone is different though and it is hard to tell without seeing tour hair.

Lol!!!! This is a hard subject because body Chem has so much to do with it and we are all different. I called xpole today because my old one is stuck together in the middle, but anyway. Lol!!! Now I am thinking for me chrome or brass. I like my chrome now that it is broken in. She told me that titanium eventually will become 2 toned because of the coating. That bothers me a bit because I will hopefully have the pole forever.

I know alcohol is great for slicker poles like ss and chrome. I wonder if it would chip the powder coated though?? I know acitome polish remover us an all time fab for slick poles but on powder coated it removes the coating!!!

I have heard of people taking them down to clean and assumed I would need to take it apart. I just have never done this and not sure what to do. I have heard people take them down and oil them too like every month but mine has never been down.
