If you are that sticky naturally, you may need just powder. Mighty Girp is sticky to me.

I just got diagnosed with low iron. It is making my hair fall out bad. I am taking the extended release vitamin and having no issues.

On the right of the screen, it says FREE shipping in purple and there is an xpole logo by it. Click there and it takes you to the shopping screen.

You can buy one right here on Studio Veena or from xpoleus.com. I would personally recommend a chrome 45mm. Everyone will have different personal preferences of course. I feel like it is easier to learn on a 45. Chrome finish will be good so you do not rely on a super grippy pole and you can strengthen your own grip over time.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif If you are sweaty, I recomment Tite Grip. If you are dry and not so sweaty, I recommend Itac2 and .

We are all different, but I have relatively small feet and love my Ellies!!! I have 1 pair of Pleasers. They seem to fit me the same. My second pair of Pleasers are on their way to my house!!! I got the Pleaser Stardusts in 6 inch!!!!!! Clear.

Yeah. That is another thing. I get sore feet from dancing on the carpet. The shoes help protect from all that. I do put packing tape on my shoes so I can wear them on the carpet.

Lol! It sounds funny, but be careful. I am sure you ladies care for them properly though. I am a stylist and see mold all the time in dreds and hair extensions.

I will tell you what. I started poling to wear the shoes!!! Lol! Then I got serious and could not even wear them during practice. So, sometimes I wear them now, but they hinder me in some moves. I have always wore clear shoes though. Just not 6 inch ones. I had a Cinderella themed wedding and wore these beautiful clear 4 inch heels w silver and Australian crystals.

I use Ebay all the time. I am a buyer and seller. It uses Pay Pal which is backed up. If the product is not what the discription says, you can contact Pay Pal and do a dispute, but most sellers will work with you. Contact the seller if you have any concerns. I love Ebay.

You probably will not get a response. They are not allowing videos with most music on FB now due to the new copy right laws. I have been having the same issue on YT actually. I opened up a Vimeo account.

Did you find her on FB? She has a Glitter Heels page AND her personal page Tiffany Hayden. I am hoping to get a second pair for my performance in October. If I even get to perform. It is gonna be awful close to my surgery.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif So, we will see.

I do not know much about these competitions. I do know one requires you to wear very high heels. I do not think that makes much sense. There are A LOT of great dancers that just dance better without heels. It seems like a silly rule really.

This is so funny! I only wash my hair every 5 days. I shower daily though due to my job. I have to get the little hairs off of my skin after work. I use dry shampoos for in between days. I can only wear it down for 2 or 3 of the days. The rest of the days, it has to be up usually. When I do wash it, I am using a special medicated shampoo due to my severe shedding. I am so glad I am not the only one that does not wash my hair often.

I have looked online and do not understand the sizes, so I am just gonna go check out Hobby Lobby. Yes, Crystals are pricey but shine so much better than the plastic ones.

I will be using crystals and not rhinestones. Where did you buy your crystals, Charley? This is gonna get time consuming. LOL! I was hoping there was a gun I could fill w crystals and shoot them wherever!!!!!
