There are muscles in there too that can be pulled from pole stuff.

Sorry. If is in the middle, it probably is none of the things I listed. I was confused with the pain area. It could be gas or an ulser. Or something lse digestive related. Not eating enough can cause it too. I had an endoscope done and they found I had abrasions all over (gastritis) I took Nexium and it is good today. I take the Nexium only as needed now.

It could be, but if it persists, get it looked into. It could also be kidney, liver, or gaulbladder oriented. I just had all this looked into. Mine appeared to be gas. I have gastritis and I get those sharp pains EVERUWHERE. Places you would not imagine gas could even go.

Oooh! Ooh! And a revolving shoe rack!!! And some kind of shelf for grip aids, towels, and such. I could paint that stuff to match the table ans stools. Is this sounding gaudy yet?? LOL!!!! I have been watching HGtv for like 2 years straight, so I think I am a designer now. LOL!!!!

As much as I would love to paint pink or Tiffany blue, I would feel like I needed to match all the time. I know! I know! OCD. But I would. LOL!!!! Now, I may have some fun with the wooden table and stools. They were hand me downs and quite old. I am thinking of doing a navy blue and shade of pink on the that!!!! And finding a fabric with those colors to redo the top of the stools! Any fabric ideas? Links??

Well, I think I already commented on YT, but it looks like a lot of time and work and dedication went into it. I use to cheer and it is all about being in synk and sharp movement. For pole, you were all pretty on key with each other. I was impressed by it. That is a lot of people to get together and it worked.

Thank you so much! My husband thought he could make one knowing how to weld and having a shop he could do it in, but for that price I would rather buy one. I have no place to put one currently but hope to soon. Thank you for the info!

You could always just get different costume ears and a tu tu and mix it up so you do not need to spend money to make money if you wanted. They have these light up Roudolph ears at Walmart in the Christmas section in the back. (Yes it is already out) I would put them on w black pole clothes and maybe red shoes to match his nose!!!!!!!!!!

I loved both vodeos. However, I think that we are assuming tricks need to be on the pole. In this case, I still saw mostly tricks and walking from one pole to the other, however, there what I would call tricks on the floor too! I mean, I csn not just whip out all that stuff? Can you guys? Well, Charley probably can, but I can that all floor tricks. LOL!!!! I want to be able to do that stuff too, but it is still hard to learn that stuff.

I love pole because you will never get all the tricks. There are new ones every week at least because you inspiring ladies make new ones up. Once I get tricks, I like to try to tie them together on the pole, but that is hard on a short pole. I feel like I started off being a fast learner, now, I struggle to get one move. I do not care though. I love it.

I am quite the opposite here. I can see why you would want to do tricks. What is the first thing EVERY poler wants to do when they get their pole??? GO UPSIDE DOWN. Not transitions till they are blue in the face. It may be just me, but I love tricks more than anything else. WHy do we have pole idols? All those tricks they put together so beautifully and transition so smoothly one after the other never touching the floor. That is what I want. Tht is why I am a trick natzi and always will be. For putting together a perfprmance for competition or showcase you need a little of both, but I see more tricks and that is what I want to watch. I get bored and go to the next video if there are no tricks. Just me. I will always feel this way though. Tricks are why I started pole and I dream to one day be able to string them all together like some of the best. I just watched Becca Buck's performance video from a showcase and I am inspired to get some of that. ANY of that!!! It is frustrating, sometimes you need to move on and come back, but it is worth it in the end when you nail that trick. End of my soap box. ( tucks tail and hides)

Are they to big? I really do not know of tips to make the fit smaller. Now if they are tight, I know lots of tips for that.

She did not let me put my pole up in her house when I first for it but now she cheers me on and encourages me. She sees how it is good physically and mentally.

This is odd but I actually gain weight when I pole. Muscle weight I guess but still. And my shirt sleeves and jeans get tighter around my thighs!!! I love pole though so I do not mind.
