PS would be great for this! 🙂 I love the idea. I also think the whole sight is a mentor too though.

There is a version of the wrist seat I do where you straighten the leg on top of your hand to be straight with the pole then bend the other down and point toes. I will do it in my next video.

Not everyone is going to like everything in every sport. I think we are all adult enough here not to get our feelings hurt. It is not personal. Also, I have to say that you may not like a move then see it done differently or just very gracefully and be like woah! That can be done nicely. I have always felt weird doing the V Teddy and wrist seat. I have a very open straddle. I don't care. I have worked for it. I think my open Teddy is graceful. I may be the onlt one that thinks it looks graceful, but I don't care. Lol. You can not please everyone ever. I agree with Veena. I am an older school poler. I am working on flexibility because I love the new contortion moves, but they are not moves everyone can just do without a very bendy back.

I saw side climb mentioned in here as well, but I know the side climb I do is awful. I am not even a fan. Poyked did it in her performance and it was smooth, pointed, and graceful!!!!!!! Not sure how she did it, but if I were going to side climb at all, I would use her video as a reference. It was beautifu.

I have 2 pairs. Love them both.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif She really does a good job. The glitter stays on and it is done neatly. She uses Ellie shoes. I even heel clap a lot in them and they hold up. I figured if they could hold up to Alethea Austin's floor work, they would hold up for me. They have. I am due for a third pair…… I have Young Love Pink and Filthy Rich gold. I think I want Gun Metal and Blue next!!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I don’t really go to a studio now, but depending on where you are in Dayton, Bella Fortza in Cincinnati is the closest for me. There is one in Miamisburg. I forget the name and do not know how it is. I have never gone. There are a few in Indiana. Just not sure what parts of Indiana.

If you are sweaty you will slip. Figure out if you are slipping due to sweat or dry skin. There are grip aids for both issues.

Especially if you are use to a stickier pole like powder coated or PS brass. It is not a bad thing. Just a thing. I hated my chrome at first. Love it now and have no grip issues because I have a nice strong grip on any pole. I see ladies that practice in studios with only brass slide a lot at competitions. Something to think about. Itac is great for chrome. I put it right in my pole and rub it down w my hands. I only recommend doing this for spin mode though.

I think the Bat WIng is ugly, but I was elated when I nailed it. Well, that was almost 2 months ago and I have had to take a pole break because the move injured my back badly AND I think it is FUGLY so there is mine.
