Pole silks are beautiful and a great form of dance!! I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to do it again and in a close future even get one!! Absolute great workout too!! Here is a little pic of my practice with my instructor Quinn in Cayman Islands! Try it! You won’t regret it!!
