Xpole…ugh I like them but don’t at the same time. My stage came with the carrying case ripped. The handle I had to assemble with the rolling case didn’t fit where they drilled the hole. My husband forced it the best he could but rolling it around, doesn’t feel secure and seems like it will fall out. Accident waiting to happen. The handle was bent where you secure it. When I collapse it and open it I have one piece that doesn’t want to cooperate. It took me a long time to get that stage because they were out of stock for like a year on their website. Lol. I refused to preorder giving them my credit card over the phone. I’m ranting here sorry. Anyways I own a regular xpole too. Mine would creak when it was too tight. Just losen it some and test it. I had my pole too lose and it moved on me while spinning ridiculously fast. The dome kept it in place so I could get off and fix it. Sorry you’re upset. I’m upset too.

I’m relearning myself. And…. it’s been a very boring journey… I’m trying to “go slow and give myself time.” It’s just not as exciting the second time around. I practice less than I did the first time. It’s discouraging. I just keep training. Keep practicing everything I used to. It’s coming back. I’ve been back for 3 weeks? Idk…maybe not even yet and I almost did a shoulder mount today. Just got my caterpillar climb back today as well. It comes back and I’m right there with you. Hang in there!! We can do this 😀 I’m rooting for you.

I’ve never fallen from superman….don’t want to either! I fell one time. I forget what I was doing… I used to cheer though so I had that “air awareness” some call it. flipped and landed on my feet. I still don’t own a crash mat. I should buy one, but they’re so expensive… then I feel I wouldn’t use it enough. I use my husband to spot me. it works….for now.

Agree. I’m getting back into this and just want to pick up where I left off… it’s a little discouraging doing beginner things again. Like, I have my superman from the floor, but I can’t even hold the side v to get into it. I’m getting bored a bit lol. Haven’t even had the pole a week yet!! I need to just stop and take my time. It’s hard, but I’ll get there.

I’m unsure what your talking about too…but I did the November challenge… and at 49 seconds in I spin and go down the pole lol. You can look at this and tell me if it’s what you mean.

I looooooove my 40mm!! I started on a 50mm and wasn’t getting ANYWHERE.. I felt so discouraged and thought I was in WAY over my head. I’m pretty petite, but as soon as I got my new pole–WOW! I learned all this stuff so fast. I inverted at 3 weeks in..I also just got my aysha and shoulder mount. I’ve only been poling for 2 months. I think that’s great progress and thank my 40mm!

Now that I’ve gained more strength though.. I’m pretty sure I could use a 45. (I know this from poling on random objects throughout town lol) But anyways!!! If your petite like me and love learning new tricks… i say “Go for it!!” You may end up loving it!

I clicked to “chronic rib pain” and it SAID that it sent me there… but the discussion was something totally different still. Its about carpet floors and stuff…?
