Hi ladies! Thank you both so much for your replies. Yes, the gist of my original post was just that I’m starting home training after about 2 years of studio training on and off. While I still have some strength and can still do most of the basic stuff, I’m pretty much considering this starting from scratch for me. I never built up the strength or flexibility to do a lot of things properly, such as inverting. So I really want to do it right this time so I can achieve all my goals and be safe, strong and flexy! I started the 30 day take off and the 30 days to flexy together yesterday. Does that sound like a good plan for someone with my goals?
