Actually Sissy, that deal is better than both of my other 2 back up studios which are P Spot and Body Talk LLC. But if we go to Xpose then we will need to around car pools. If folks are flying in they won’t want to get a rental car too. Pole Pressure, P Spot, and Body Talk are all metro accessible. P Spot is $225 for 1 hr and $425 for 2 hrs (includes instructor, shoe rental, and grip aid) and Body Talk is $250 for 1 hr and $430 for 2 hrs (1 hr pole, 1 hour exotic moves and complimentary wine)

My heart is aching. My mind is racing. I can’t tell the real from the surreal. At this moment I’m in anguish. Caramel is a flower who’s inner and outer beauty is beyond measure. I’m reeling. I can’t breath. Caramel is the air I need. Her kindness, gentleness, and beauty unlocked mysteries in me, unlocked mysteries in all of us, that we are were once afraid to go to. If she is truly gone, words can’t begin to express how much I will miss her. Although she will never be truly gone, she will always be in our hearts and we can talk to her anytime we want. But it still hurts that she won’t be able to talk back to us. I pray she and her family finds peace and strength and Iet us all take some comfort in knowing that she has returned to Heaven to continue her Angelic duties she started here on Earth. I pledge to keep her and her works alive and breathing in my heart until the day I get to see her again.

Ok heres the deal gang…
The studio is already having their Christmas party on the 19th. However, Jessalynn says you are more than welcome to come to that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif It just won’t be a private jam for just us though. But at least it will already be food, booze, and decorations https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
Also other options are I can reserve class spots in December when December gets here. She only reserves classes every 30 days. So if we all wanted to meet at the studio we can just pick class times and reserve them during that weekend. The class spots won’t be as crowded as the party. But no telling how many people are showing up at the party as of yet. Could be few, could be alot I reckon. So what do you guys all want to do?

Keep in mind that the schedule may be subject to change but as of now I only see her adding classes, not taking any off but.
What yall want to do?
I say we book the Friday Chair Play class at 6:30 (which is hella fun!! OMG) the Friday Pole class directly after at 7:30pm. And if you want she says you can hang around for a short while after the 7:30pm class. (If we do, just between us, let’s just make sure we compensate her w/ tips for her trouble https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif) If yall want to do any Saturday classes we can reserve those too. If yall want to choose another weekend though that’s fine too? If Az is gonna be here for a month then maybe yall can pick another weekend? I’m sure me and Az will be able to catch sissy and Angel during the month that she’s here no problem, but we all need to decide when is the best time for Veena to come. But keep in mind that the next two weekends after the 19th are Christmas and New Years.

Aww thank ya honey bunny. Really Jess is amazing. She justs lets me run wild!! I always ask her to critique everything I do but she totally refuses! She just gives me the basic background and then encourages me to use my own style and creativity. As long as you are doing the moves safely, you can do no wrong in her eyes. She is really something else. I see why yall love her so much. She is just really one of a kind. I haven’t seen her this week yet. I worked out pretty hard last week and it finally caught up to me. I tried to do my September Challenge video last night but I have no pole mojo haha So I’m resting this week and I’ll probably start back next week or Maybe Friday night because I miss her already https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
I really wish you didn’t live so far either. The atmosphere in the studio is one that I can’t describe. I’ve never been to another studio before so I don’t know if all the studio are like that or how they differ but Pole Pressure is absolutely amazing. You just feel this charge of warmth, electricity, and energy there. I’ve done moves there on my very first attempts and that I can’t even duplicate at home haha https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif Like there I can elbow grip all day but at home I haven’t been able to do it once! It’s really weird but a good weird. (Maybe I’m intimidated now at home because of the lack of space) But I know you would love the studio. Hey JC! So glad all this is happening for you! I knew you’d love her, but I never knew you’d end up with a job offer! Man, that’s awesome!!! Listen, don’t worry. You are going to be fine. Becoming a teacher forces you to become better! YOu have no choice, right? Sink or swim. I started teaching the upper level classes at my studio after only 6 months of dancing! No prior history, just really strong upper body and formal classroom teaching experience. I started buying DVDs, took ACE group fitness course and got certified. I also took pole position fitness instructor training, which was so valuable for my teaching. I’ll help you through if want. And certainly, Jess will help you through. Of all the different pole teachers I’ve had, I’m most impressed with her. She’ll train you and no doubt she wouldn’t hire you unless she knew you were a good thing!! I’ve never heard of ACE fitness courses until I just typed it in google. As soon as I finish this forum I’m going to switch back screens and do my research. And I’ll also look into seeing where I can get pole instructor training too! Jess is an excellent teacher!
