I use Glocosamine & Chronditin with MSM…it has been a life saver for me! When I took it with out the MSM I saw no improvement or change, then my regular physician recommended the one with MSM…LOVE IT!!!

i do it no-handed on static– i find that’s easier than one-handed, but to each their own!

to get into it on static, you have to take a really wide step out before you pull your upper body in to hte pole and let your legs swing completely around with your hips lifted as high as possible- think of getting your upper body almost horizontal. then when your legs come around, into the position of the spin, you loosen your hands slightly and drop one hand (or both– if you do it no-handed, you are holding the pole in the crook of the elbow of your inside arm). if you get your hips high and really curl your upper body around the pole, you don’t need a hand to stay securely on the pole in the spin. for me, my point of contact isn’t my armpit at all– it’s just in front of it, under my bicep.

Im sure the flight to Japan is costly.

Hope it is OK for me to just jump in, but thought I could help explain the arm grip being used to perform the fan kick drop. Facing the pole take your strong arm (mine is my right) & grip above your head. With the other arm grab the pole with your palm facing up towards yourself about chin height in a forearm grip, but placing your arm on the opposite side (ie. left arm on the right side of the pole). It seems a little awkward at first. Hope that was a somewhat understandable explanation.

I was lucky enough to have front row seats! I knew enough to book a workshop with her prior to her win and I’m so glad I did! She taught us all her tricks and such from her performance including the amazing fan kick to scorpio drop – you need a wierd inside arm grip to pull it off and I’ve never used it before.
I love that fan kick to scopio drop. I can do a aerial fan kick using a baseball grip and i can do the scorpio drop from Bad Ass’s Dangerious move.
