I have no experience with tummy tuck but I had a C-section and they had me wait 6 weeks before doing any lifting and after my 8 week follow up appointment I was cleared to do “full areobic activity” but was told to take it slow and listen to my body and that if I felt any pain I need to stop because it meant I was probably trying to do too much. The doctor can give you more specific guidelines if you explain poling to him. But if you are going to go thru all the pain and expense of surgery I would most def take it slow and follow doctors orders so that you dont do any thing to affect the results of the surgery.

Yes please do share videos! I always like watching “masculine” athletic pole videos. I mean don’t get me wrong the guys in heels are awesome too but there is something about the masculine movements men can do in pole tricks that are just awesome to watch.

I had the same thing happen. I am curious to see what others say about this

Have you checked out soundcloud.com I dont know how to describe the website but people create playlist and mixes and upload them there. I was in a music stump a few weeks ago and signed up for an account with them (Free) and found some cool stuff. Here is one that I really liked. https://soundcloud.com/richlism/sets/pole-dance-mix

Wow Jolene that was awesome. all of it is spot on especially # “7. Start with the Beginner’s lesson section and TAKE IT AT YOUR OWN PACE. Sorry for the dramatic caps, but I can promise you, if you stick with it, you will improve.”
I really felt the basic lessons and work outs in the beginners lessons helped me the most in gaining strength to do some of the other things I wanted to try.
