Sarah Cretul is definitely a favorite of mine! Yes, she has had gymnastics training in the past. She was also into track and field which explains a lot of the endurance she has to effortlessly transition from trick to trick! She's amazing and really sweet :). She is missed in the pole community these days

Looks as though there are a few ways to obtain the lift. In this tutorial, she uses her lower arm to push herself out / elevate then lift and in her lift her back is to the floor and belly button to the sky. Sarah Cretul (who I love! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif ) typically starts her lift with her pushing her butt out (lower back) and elevates sideways (side abs, arms, shoulders) and does not turn her back to the floor. Try Amlactin 12% Lotion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The GENERIC version is Ammonium Lactate and works JUST as well and will save you money. Please give it a try and let us know the results. It is actually over the counter, but you may need to ask the Pharmacist for it because it is usually kept in the pharmacy (in their "special" over the counter section). I have a relative that has had eczema and asthma since birth and no other topical has worked better for her than Amlactin Lotion.

No, I dont have a preference. I know that Kat is a die hard poler and would probably even want to pole with us if asked and if she’s not busy. I know Catwalk has 11 poles and one spins, I dont know how many poles Kat has probably no less than 10 and I know they are 18ft and I believe they all spin. I wont know all the details of Kat’s studio until next month, but I guess it really depends on the most you can get for the best price too….

If its a video I know some may have a problem with I change the setting to comments for friends only…the problem with that is you still have to see all comments to approve them, which is still hurtful. YT is just annoying, either my music is taken away or some loser flags me or I have rude comments. try it close to the floor first (dont climb too high) with some type of safety mat or pillows beneath you in case you fall. Be sure you can do each move separately first (shoulder mount, aerial shoulder mount/flip, flag). Pay close attention to her hand grip and momentum. Her legs go down to the pole first and then she lifts into flag although i have seen some dancers go straight into flag but i’m sure that comes with practice. Yes this is a relief and I understand where you both are coming from..Angel wanting privacy and Webmaster protecting legal rights. However, my concern is not being able to delete videos off the site if I wanted to. I enjoy sharing my videos but I would like the freedom to delete them off the site whenever I get ready. I tried deleting them just to see if I could. They were deleted from my "profile", but still show up in the "video" section of the site. They are both fairly innocent videos, but it is a little bothersome knowing that I cant delete myself off the internet if I wanted to…unless I am doing something wrong???Does anyone know?
