Thank you Kandipole for the tennis ball trick. Even though I’m seeing my Chiro I’m going to try it. I was doing the chopper when I hurt mine. Could have sworn it was in the descent that I hurt mine. I remember feeling like I was slipping and came down in a very uncontrolled manor. Next time I will remember to make sure everything is engaged.

Mine is still bothering me too. I’m going to soak for a while today and see if it helps any. Not sure if it will but I figure it can’t hurt.

Whenever I cough or sneeze it KILLS.
I have this going on right now as well. I went to my chiropractor yesterday and he knew exactly what it was. It is some muscle that runs underneath the rib cage. He did some ultrasound therapy. Going again today for some more. He said I sould only need to do that a couple of times. I sure hope he is right!

My toes seem to hang over as well. That is what made me think that they run a bit small. I don’t have a wide foot either.

I went to the website the other day and asked if they had any samples. Got an email back within a few hours requesting my address. He sent me out a level 2 and a level 4 sample that day. There is a website called dropshots.com where you can share photos. You can even give your friends/family a guest a password so they can access your photos. There is a free account and another that you pay for. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif You can upload vids too. On the free option the vids are limited to 2 mins. I can’t remember off the top of my head if there is a limit on photos but I don’ think that there is.
