    I don’t know what it is, but something is different about the poles they sell to studios vs their home stainless steel poles.

    LiveOnce are the poles at your studio powder coated? The studio I have attended has lil mynx stainless steel poles and they have wonderful grip. But the stainless steel pole I purchased for my home is so slippery! And I’ve had it for several years. As a matter of fact I’ve never been able to really use it because of this. 🙁
    I think I’m going to hve it powder coated.

    I totally agree with Bethany. You really need the Essentials of Exercise Science if you don’t have it. You may want to try amazon as well. They have used copies. The flash cards you can get online at flashcardlet. Or at least that’s the iPhone app name. Many people have made their own or copied the ace ones and added to there.
    I know the ACE academy elite cost money but that was a great help to me.

    Did you try eBay? Or their fb page? Maybe you could post on their fb page to see if anyone wanted to sell cheap.

    Do a web search for Mipole Pole Dancing Light. It’s not a stage, but a light that fits at the top of the pole. They run about $20 at amazon.
    Not exactly sure what you’re looking for.

    Pixi, where did you find a place to powercoat your pole? Who does that kind of stuff? I’d love to get mine powercoated.

    I’m going to give the lavender oil a try. Sometimes I get a rash and sometimes I don’t. Right now I have one!! 🙁
    I’m going to see what effect the oil has on a rash that’s already there. Maybe it will make it go AWAY!!
