Since I live in Austria, I get all my polestuff here: http://www.polestore.eu/ They are shipping from Austria, but they do ship worldwide, so check it out. They have all the cool stuff (Bad Kitty, Mika, Dragonfly, RAD and even some Cleo the Hurricane-stuff) in all the cool colors and are really nice people too.

Can’t wait for that challenge, it looks like a ton of fun. 🙂 For the first few days I think I’ll do only one video with all of them together, because I’m don’t have my pole until the 4th… Maybe I’ll do the same with other days too, because I’m really not good with daily challenges, but I think a few times a week I can manage. 🙂

Oh yes, and I’m kinda proud of it. xD Even my coat got a little… snuggly. ^^

Saeth: Well… first the right one and then two weeks later the left one… xD One I hurt during a class and the other one while freestyling (i blame it on the split-drop I did). They will get better, they already are a bit better. And my phyisical therapist says it’s fine to stretch *a little bit* and use the foamroller, so that’s what I’m gonna do for the holidays. 🙂
Runemist, yeah, I know, but thanks for reminding me. 🙂 (uhm, that sounds bitter, but it’s meant in a positive way xD) I will be really careful, but I don’t want to stop stretching completely. And of course I’ll stop immediatly if it hurts. If my splits do come back 2015, I’ll be very happy, if they don’t… well, there’s always 2016… 😉

I’m in too. I just got my splits and then hurt my hip flexors (on both sides… xD), so I lost them again. I want them back. I will only do light stretching for the next few weeks because my muscles still need to heal, but after that I’m all in.

Uuuh, nice question! 😀
The most famous of my idols are with no doubt Alethea Austin, Bendy Kate and Kristy Sellars. Tracee Kafter and Cleo too.
But my “real” idols are some of the teachers at my pole studio. 🙂 It’s just really nice to have idols that aren’t totally out of your league and on an other continent… 😉 -
Wheee, I’ve got some pole-marks too and somehow it’s nice not the be the only one. 😉 They are my only stretchmarks so far and hardly noticable because they are as white as my skin (well, they are now. When they were new, they were bright purple xD) and on the inside of my right thigh.
I got them from trying to learn the polesit during a very hot summer and thus trying to slather my thighs with dryhands… Too much grip can be bad too. 😉Just like all the bruises I get from pole, they are a part of me now. A sign, that I learned something new (and that it hurt, even when now that seems unbelievable ;)). I don’t see them as stretch marks, I see them as my tiger stripes and I am proud. ROAR. 😀
