Congratulations!!!!  I saw the video and the status you put on Facebook wishing all the other studios good luck and success.  You truly deserved to win!!  Can't wait to come visit and check out the studio.

Glad you started this thread.  I'm moving to Houston this summer and need a studio to attend.  I've heard a little about S Factor and saw the website for InnerMe.  I also know of Ego Fitness.  I met one of the instructors CryStylez and I follow her on youtube.  I like her choreography.  I hope you get a lot of responses.

A studio I attended calls all of its clients Goddesses.  When I tried to use "Pole Goddess" for Twitter it was already taken, so I put Diva in front of it because I feel like I'm a sassy pole goddess, lol.

"This site obviously does not believe in the American approach to free speech. "  No disrespect, but you are always welcome to create your own site where you can exercise your right of free speech.  I don't see where free speech is being violated.  There are plenty of pole websites on the internet and you are free to visit them.  I don't understand why you would choose to purposely create an atmosphere of negativity.  If you like another brand of poles that much, why wouldn't you just start a thread under the blog section describing your devoted love?

I'm still in the process of figuring it out https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif.  I tend to move very fast, but I'm practicing on slowing my movement down to make them look sexy.  My next problem is that I don't know what sexy is when I'm dancing.  I want to record myself dancing so that I can get a feel for what looks right, but I don't want to watch the videos!!!  I hate seeing or hearing myself on video.

I had the same problem and I got great advice from Karol Helms: take cheap sand paper and lightly dust some of the film off of it. I have the titanium gold and my friend has the chrome and that solved her problem also. Your pole won’t look as new and shiny as when you first got it, but: 1) I’ve never had anyone compliment me on how my pole looked great while I was dancing, 2) if you wear shoes your pole will still get some scratches, and 3) any on lookers are interested in your tricks, not your pole. Good luck!

She should be joining within the next couple of days.  Her husband is going to buy her a pole, but she has never taken a class before.  Was trying to get her some pole partners so she doesn't feel so alone starting out.

It takes a lot of courage for someone to post a video online for the world to see.  I think it's pretty pathetic that someone would leave nasty comments to anyone.  I think the video was great and I applaud ANYONE who shares their creative pole abilities with us.  We can all learn something from anyone, regardless of age or pole ability.
