Ok….pole results today are only showing 9 votes for Charley when I know last night it was close to 300.  Not really sure what is going on here.

I believe that there are competitors that are "in" and then there are competitors that will get in by popular vote.

I also noticed something last night….if you navigate away from the page and then come back you can vote again.  I know it is cheating the system but I have a hard time believing that some of the contestants went from almost no votes to over 1000 in an 8 hour time frame.  This is one of the reasons I dislike stuff like this.

If you are inverting properly you most certainly can come back out the same way.  Sliding down will take a little time to perfect (think death grip but with your legs) but is the easiest to learn first.

I really do not think that XPole puts out a bad pole.  The sport and the Kendra are the same price.  It appears that the main differences in that the sport comes in 50 or 45 and the Kendra is only 45, and also you can get TG in the sport where the Kendra is only chrome.

Unfortunately you cannot tell what raw material a company uses in their product.  Best advice is to use a brand that you can research and see pictures of real people (not their own advertizing).

Being the geek I am I was just researching the actual chemical reaction and factors that affect it.  There are certain oils and fragrances that will screw with the reaction so this is something to keep in mind.  Just like poling, no lotion!!

The girl at the tanning salon is just trying to upsell you.  The sugar in the spray tanner reacts with the amino acids in your dead skin cells and causes the color change.  There have been some tweeks to the formulation but it is all the same reactio.  Orange usually come about from cheap versions of DHA in the tanner.  More expensive (read purer) forms of DHA produce brown, however there are cheaper forms of DHA available on the market that have all sorts of impurities.  It is these impurities that react with the sugar/amino acid reaction and cause strange colorations.

The best thing you can do is exfoliate your skin prior to spray tanning.  This will make it last longer as you are getting rid of the "ready to slough off" skin cells and just coloring those that are just starting to die off but have yet to release.

No, they actually mean pill.  Some powders will actually compress when they get damp and form little balls.

Sparrow, yes.  Just like a plank on the ground, or think the position you are in when you are at the top of a push up.  Hands are between your boobies and push them to straight.  when you are out there pull up with your hams.
