Kobajo has some sound advice. Also talk to your instructor…she should be giving you modifications to these spins to help you gain your confidence and strength and get the feel of the move even with having both feet on the ground. And spins are NOT a beginner move (even though we all teach them as such)….there is a lot going on there!

Sheets from a thrift store also work really well as back drops. If you want to get fancy you can buy a can or two of the speckled or glitter spray paint and use that to enhance the look.

I have only seen this in one or two competitions so I would not consider this a trend. I also think that even though USPDF played with this for their west coast entrants they won't be doing it again because there were so many problems and complaints.

The TRX is the BOMB…I just have not been able to part with the cash to get one.

RedSteph-did you get the Mirena or the Paragard? The Mirena has hormones and typically reduces bleeding. The Paragard is the one that is known to cause heavier bleeding and cramping and is hormone free.

Lyme…it is what I have a link to I believe.

In moisturizers look for ones that use a glycerine base instread of a petroleum base. I use the Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Fresh without any issues at all. I know of a few girls who also swear by the Aveno line. Stay away from any of the highly scented ones (Bath and Body works and the like) and ones with shea butter or cocoa butter.
I would suggest looking into a door mount chin up bar. You can get them for under $30 and they just use your door frame to stay up. This one is a really good deal as it comes with ab straps: http://www.amazon.com/Iron-Gym-Multi-Pull-Straps/dp/B004ZIIENI/ref=sr_1_31?s=exercise-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1320778003&sr=1-31
On top of this, look into what is called a plow in yoga and learn how to control that up and down.

Birth control pills actually lower your estrogen levels (those that contain estrogen). I know that sounds counter-intuitive but it is true. Estrogen production is a cycle with peaks and valleys. Without these spikes and valleys then the reproductive cycle is confused. BC keeps your levels constant so you do not get the valley which signals estrogen production.

Most metal folding chairs work well enough and are easy to get and fairly cheap. Not sure if I would spend my money on a specially designed chair.
HOWEVER, something that could be broken down and set back up for those that travel would probably be the #1 requirement. Travelling with a chair even if it is local can be a headache.

If you are looking for progesterone for other issues then Mirena will not be an option for you. The progesterone that it releases is a very small quantity and just enough to keep the lining thinned. It is not the main control of pregnancy; the IUD itself is.

I have had 2 Mirenas and have never had children.
I have not had a period in about 6 years. Well, every once in while I will get light spotting for a day but besides that nothing. The first one I cramped like crazy for a few days and then for the first 4-5 months I had HORRIBLE cramps when I normally would have had my period. I had major cramping prior to this but this laid me up on some days. I will say that there are some positions that are worse for feeling it by my husband but for the most part he feels nothing. If your man is well endowed this may be different.
Now my second one was a totally different story. First of all they could not get my first one out. I will add that the OB/GYN was not my normal doc and I really do not have faith in her. She was only a few years out of medical school and she was skittish even giving me my yearly exam. Then when she went to put the second one in she screwed it up and destroyed it. I had to wait a few weeks before they could get a replacement. They also put me on a pill that opened my cervix which was awful again with cramping. Both times I cried on the table and I am not one who cries easily.
There are actually 2 painful instances in getting the IUD placed…first they have to measure the depth of your uterus which involves inserting a thin rod through your cervix until it hits the back of your uterus. This for me caused quite a bit of cramping and I had to breathe and let the pain subside before I would even let them continue. Then of course the placement of the IUD itself. That being said I would still do it again. But I am not going to lie that if you have not had children it can be extremely painful.
Any birth control can cause issues. There are pages upon pages of websites that talk about side effects of BC. Do your research and study what has happened to others.
Are your headaches directly related to estrogen?
And one last note…your should not be squeezing the pole with your arm in gemini.

Bottom of page click the contact us button. That will get it to them (he or V) fastest.

There are several threads here with the same issue. If they are not compressed I have had 5 minute videos take up to 3 hours to load.

Someone asked me about it. I don't see a whole lot of anything and these "certification" classes crack me up! Is it really anything different than Flirty Girl or Carmen Electra?
