You could have called. Kimara is now located on the east coast and starts answering her phone at 8am EST. They now have customer service hours of 8am EST to 5pm PST

You state from 3 vantage points but did you actually check with a level? You need to check both top and bottom with a level on 2 planes (90 abgles to each other). You could possibly have mashed your carpeting in a different direction when installing the pole this time.
When you tightened the 3 screws did you make sure that they are in the grooves and not on the threads?

Are you sure that the pole is level in 2 directions?
Are you sure that you tightened the xjoints properly?

But it is definitely a PS pole. If it is only $200 that is a STEAL as those poles new are anywhere from $500-$700. One bad part about them is that the pole itself is only about 6 feet tall.

Holy Crap Empy!! I cannot believe that snap! I would freak out!
PoleDollqld…you are cracking me up! I am usually the one who posts the sarcastic metal contents….
Erica, are you going to tell me that PS makes the adjuster rod and adjuster cover out of brass and there is no reinforcement whatsoever at the top or bottom of the pole? How does your brass withstand the forces that are applied especially at these points? How are you not stripping the threads on the adjuster cover and rod when you secure the pole…do you also have a brass locking nut? This is what I meant that you have steel parts or some other type of metal and that your brass poles are not all brass.

The only other video I have seen lately that had part of Sexy and I know it in it was the Aera Polesque video, but it did not have the whole song. Marlo was dressed as the snowman and was booty poppin while handing upside down I think.

Was it on here or on YT?

The pole part itself will be shorter than 91 inches. You have to have room to be able to tilt the pole into place when you are installing it. This also gives you room to make the pole tight when you install it.

Looks like the only place that was open closed for "relocation" back in March.

abonavo- the pole and the top and bottom are 3 separate pieces. Basically all Sensual did was flip the pole…the bottom piece and top dome are still in teh same location. It is in teh bottom base piece that the pin is in to make it static/spin.

My bad….I interchange 50 mm and 2" in my brain all the time so I really did not catch that nuance. LM did used to have 2" and 1.75" but now I see they are calling theirs 45 and 50mm. PS is still using English.

Oh, all are safe if installed properly.
