We now return you to the previous sexy music conversation…..

It is the Massive Attack song but it is remixed by Zeds Dead.
This may be it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8C-ZTQJIkU (can't watch at work)
I believe you can find it on Soundcloud.
It is the song in the recent video from the Russian girl (who was amazing) that popped up on FB and here about a week or two ago.

jade, there is a company that already makes these. I am going to have to look at my Oxygen magazine when I get home, they are always advertised in there.

I have been finding a lot of music on a website called 8tracks lately. When I get home later on I will point you to a few playlists that I have favorited. I have been loving a lot of dubstep lately. One song I cannot get enough of is Paradise Circus Zeds Dead Remix.

shebangs, you do realize we are talking about 2 people here that have a life and children, right? We are not talking a huge production company. Hell, it took Alethea almost 2 years to get her videos out. The MAJORITY of us want the stretching and conditioning videos….we realize there is more to pole than just tricks.
And even if you meant no offense to Tiggertail, I took offense to thinking you could come to this forum and talk nasty about poeple who we hold near and dear to our hearts.

Are you talking about a stage pole?
In this situation I would recommend a Platinum Stages one piece, Custom cut Lil Mynx or a PoleDanzer.
I love me some X poles but stage poles have a place and daily use is not it.

There is a scene in one of the House's where Cutty does a pole/strip tease for House on a bus. Another Sheila thing.

And last night on the late episode of Family Guy:

Once they have positioning I tell them to lift the one foot off the floor….there is usually a LOT of screaming in pain at this point. I do not teach the foot behind until they combine it with a climb.

Empy, there is so much conflicting information about coconut oil it is not funny. I do not use it as much on my skin as I used to. One of the fatty chains in it is antibacterial or antimicrobial and it aids in healing abrasions and such. There is a really good book out about the benefits of coconut oil that I got from the library. My internet is down at home so it is really hard for me to search and link from my phone. It is called Coconut Oil Miracle by Bruce Fife.
For those that are using coconut oil, Swanson Vitamins has been the best price I have found.

I would also try to start adding vitamin E and coconut oil into your diet. I use Vaseline Aloe Care and have not had any problems. When my dry patches get really bad I will get a bottle of AmLactin at the pharmacy. It is kind of gross but it works for really stubborn dry patches. A prescription is not needed but they keep it behind the counter. Urea is also a good ingredient to look for as it is a moisture “trapper”. I will look up what the common ingredient name is one I am back at a computer.

I may be off on this one but I thought Joel had posted something about her (may have been someone else) and it was not a pleasant thing happening in her life….like being stalked and she removed everything. This was a while ago and I may be off with who this happened to.
