I have been reading a lot about green coffee extract lately and its benefits (http://www.raysahelian.com/greencoffee.html). And I am typing this while sipping a mug of joe. On top of local wines I love finding local brewers and coffee shops (not like the ones in the Netherlands) when we are on vacation.

If you are not already taking B12 I would look into that. I might also suggest DHEA considering your age. I am not familiar enough with Hep C so I would double check with your doc to make sure both of these options are ok.

I know that Joel will be there.

The only place that I know of that is somewhat near is in Destin (a good hour drive). It is called Tabu Dance. http://www.tabudance.com/main.htm
There was also this ad but I have no idea who this person is: Learn how to use the pole to workout and lose weight while having fun. email Jenapher at poledancer1@cox.net for more info.
One last one but I cannot find anything about this place:
Fitness Exotics

Elektra…I beleive that you have to place in any of the competitions to be considered pro. They used to have East and West coast finals but I am not sure if they still do that. So if you place 1,2,3 in amature then you get your pro card. They have it set up similar to bodybuilding.

That is Vlad (see videos above).

There is also Eike and Remi, but they are not so much break dancers. But SOOOOO worth watching (Eike is my other crush)

Vlad is so damned cute!
There is this guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxjkvW5o8wk&feature=related
and I remember seeing a doubles routine with a guy and girl but I cannot seem to find it. They were both doing stuff on the pole and also doing some hip hop stuff but that video is a few years old.

Can you post the manufacturer?

She has performed with them on a few occasions and even came into town to be in a parade last year.

Vertical Joes. FiyaStarta is the one who recently put out the Atlanta Booty Clap dvds. I would hit them up deffo for a booty class. Nicki Shaw is also an instructor there.
Polelateaz has a studio in Atl also (been to the Houston one), and then there is also Pole Waxers and Pole Dance 411 but I don't know much about either of them.

I pretty much have no feeling in the top of my climbing foot and most poole dancers that I know you can look at their feet and tell which one they use to climb. I would still get it checked out but it probably is not anything major.
