We must remember that Veena and Webby are in the midst of moving and are also in a different time zone. It is not even 8am where they are.

I was told a while back after getting up on stage that I needed a stage name. I went through a bunch that were all chemistry related but finally settled on one that was perfect: Chemmie Sutra.

I have not been able to find my balance for this move for over a year (maybe 2 now). If you cannot do an extended butterfly though you need to work on that first!

I assume that you are looking for a stage pole?

Oh, showmanship will always win out over tricks and flexibility.

You need to know going in to the competition what they are looking for. Any good competition will let you know how they score. I entered a comp a while back as a last minute thing because they did not have a lot of girls and ended up losing to a girl who stripped down to a bra and g string….it was not that she was necessarily better she just went to a place I never would have. It was supposed to be a pole dance competition but I guess the judges did not know that….https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

This is why jams are so much fun! I do the same thing when I am out at a bar that has a pole….I can do stuff that I can barely do during practice.

I know that Sweet Vixen Couture can probably custom make stuff that would fit you. I would also look at all of the Brazillian sports shops as it seems all of those ladies are big chested with small waists and bottoms. I also know there have been threads on here regarding this.

I know that Zoraya routinely performs painted and up here some of the younger girls have been airbrushed for silks and lyra. Last year the girls from Infinity got airbrushed and perfromed. I think their big issue was the paint cracking on them and having no frip. I don't think there was an issue of it coming off on the poles.

Check out BBoy competitions, break dancing, and handbalancing. I will link you some videos later (can't access from work). There was also a great video that Charley posted on her FB page last week…
See if this works:

If it doesn't, look up Jesse Huygh on youtube.

I know that Aerial Amy touted Traumeel but I have yet to try it. It is twice the price of the Arnica that I use and it works well for me so I have not switched.
I buy my arnica at Swanson Vitamins….they ahve about teh best prices and you can usually find discount codes or free shipping codes on the internet. I usually buy the Arniflora gel (8% arnica) but the last time I went to order they were backorded so I ended up with the NOW foods cooling relief gel. It is kind of thin but works for me. It is 10% arnica.

Which is also the reason I am such an analytical geek on the forums. It is in my blood!

Big Shocker here…I am a chemist! I started out in pharmaceutical and moved into drug discovery. When my company folded I worked at Gojo (Purell and hand soaps) and now work in inorganic testing low level metallic impurities in ceramics used for chemical manufacturing.
BTW, the name was a nickname given to me and a college mate…I was chemgoddess1 and she was chemgoddess2!
