    Do you have Veena's lessons?

Also look up Sarah Cretul on youtube.  She probably has the best version I have ever seen anayone do.

Can you do a proper reverse grab to begin (flying body spiral)?  Can you get into twisted ballerina (pretzel) statically?

This move, at least for me, requires quite a bit of shoulder flexibility in order to get your body in front of the pole to be able to wrap the leg.  If you are not getting your body completely in front of the pole before you grab with your hand I would suggest working on that first.

You also need to have your body almost sideways across the pole.  If you are still straight up and down you will not get this.  Stop the following video at 17 seconds and look at her body positioning.  You have to be THERE on your flying body spiral.

I cannot seem to get the picture to show here, but I think this is it.  You need to click the "Click to Redeem" button.  I cannot access it from work as VS is a blocked site.

I lied.  I am also including this:

1,4-Dioxane is used as a solvent for cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose, benzyl cellulose, resins, oils, waxes, and fats; in spectroscopic and photometric measurements; and in the pulping of wood. It is also used as a wetting and dispersing agent in textile processing, a degreasing agent, a polymerization catalyst, and a component of polishing compositions,
dye baths, lacquers, paints, varnishes, stains, printing compositions,
and paint and varnish removers (IARC 1976, 1999, ATSDR 2007, HSDB 2009). Other uses of 1,4-dioxane include the manufacture
of adhesives, cements, deodorant fumigants, cosmetics, drugs, cleaning preparations, magnetic tape, plastic, rubber, insecticides, and herbicides, and as a chemical intermediate, as a polymerization catalyst,
in the purification of drugs, and in the extraction of animal and vegetable oils. In the laboratory, it is used in the preparation of histological
sections for microscopic examination and as a liquid scintillation
    counting medium.

Do you not think that with pretty much everything we come into conact with on a daily basis there would be human evidence by now that there was a link?

I am going to post this and this is the only thing I am going to post.  1,4 Dioxane has never been shown to cause canger in humans.  It is listed as a class B2 probable carcinogen.  There is NO HUMAN DATA that shows that it is carcinogenic to humans.

And as a side note, the R Pole does have both a mat option and a hard stage option.  The hard option makes the pole $1287 without shipping.

I really do not see this as this "awesome" option.  Moves on this are going to be EXTREMELY limited unless you are someone as amazeballs as Jenyne or Rebecca Star.  And I honestly think it is going to get very grimy and nasty in a very short amount of time.  I do not see being able to do any spins, no drops, anything that requires you to slide any part of your body across the pole (say goodbye to superman) plus some moves/transitions are going to be almost impossible.  There are so many combos that we do not realize we are sliding hand positions to get the necessary positioning.  Now if you are only doing static holds on spin mode then this may be an option.

I have a feeling getting the sleeve over anything longer than the Xpole sections would prove extremely difficult.

I was having a hard time finding the Aussie stuff for a while and Sally Beauty is everywhere.  Plus it seems like Sally's has the Beyond the Zone stuff on sale pretty much every month.  I used to buy hair color from Sally also so I was always at that store.

Alright….my power supply on my main computer fried during the storm last night.  When my hair was still a fresh perm this is what I needed to do.  First I always tried to repair whatever chemical damage was done by using the Ion 3 step emergency repair kit from Sally Beauty.  THis stuff works wonders for getting the pores closed again without stripping the curl.  Next I used Infusium conditioner in the shower (the stuff is super thick) and also their spray leave in conditioner once I got out.  Once a week I used a deep conditioner, I used to use Aussie 3 minute miracle but then changed to Beyong the Zone Last Call Hair Masque (Also a Sally product).  In order for my hair not to frizz I would use a dimethicone/silicone gloss AND hair gel.  I only used a wide tooth comb to get the tabgles out and then never touched my hair again.

Later on in the perm I could go back to regular conditioners and then I would switch to Catwalk Curls Rock Amplifier.  Toiward the end of my perm the curls would really loosen and this stuff really kicked them up.  It was one of the best curl amplifier products I ever tried.

Gah….about to leave work but have suggestions.  I used to have different treatments for my hair during the different stages of my perm.  I will get back once I get home.

Please don't for your own safety until you can hold an inverted crucifix pretty much to save your life.  Think of it this way, if it goes terribly wrong what is your safety move?  Generally on inverted moves your safety is inverted crucifix.  You really need to have that grip with your legs because this is how you are going to climb.  Basically you are going to push your upper body away from teh pole and then grab as tight as you can with your ankles and calves and then use your hamstrings to lift your butt straight up.  If you do not have grip with your ankles/calves you are going to slide right down onto your face.

The best 2 things I can suggest to prepare yourself for this move is a STRONG inverted crucifix and hamstring curls, either with a weight machine or using a stability ball.

Reverse catepillar is 90% legs and 10% arms. Can you hold yourself in inverted crucifix with no hands?  If you cannot do this then do not even attempt caterpillar climb.

That is the first time I have seen them listed by themselves.  I kept on seeing the cert along with these and it was $450.
