The only time in my life that I did not have a pooch is when I was totally eating clean and doing cardio 3-4 times a week. While I love the way my body looks when I do eat clean, I just like to party too much and I will never ever ever give up ice cream. By eating clean, I mean no preservatives, as much whole foods as possible, etc. Eating clean has NOTHING to do with anything that says fat or sugar free or diet, as those products tend to be filled with all sorts of chemicals that our bodies have no idea how to process.

45mm is the diameter of the pole….approximately 1.75 inches.
I do not know of a single place that installs poles professionally but I will say that all of the portable poles are easy to set up and take down.
The pole all depends on what youa re looking for. There are a bunch of threads here (and I think they are stickied) describing materials/manufacturers/sizes, etc. I would suggest if you can to feel the different finishes before making a purchase. Some love brass, some love chrome, some love stainless….it is going to depend a lot on your body chemistry.

Are you sure you are under a joist? Are you sure you are screwing the hexs into the channels and not into the grooved part of the extension? Have you called XPole?

I have never heard of them before…….((runs to google to check them out))

Garment tape and pasties. ALWAYS prepare for slips of your costume top, it does not matter what your size. I also use garment tape on my bottoms between my legs and across my belly. One can never be too sure!

I am also not sure where you are located, but 5 hours ago was 7am on the east coast of the states….not many people awake and online on Sunday morning at that time.

I am not entirely clear of what you are asking, but usually what you want to try to do is imagine trying to get your belly button as close to your back as possible.

The song sounds like either David Guetta or Deadmau5, probably the latter as they have more trippy type music like this.

And you do not have to be able to do a handstand to do a reverse one. Do you have Veena's lessons at all? Basically you stand with your back to the pole, bend over and then put your climbing leg on the pole, push into the pole with your leg and lift the other to the pole. Once you have your legs locked you can inch your hands backward toward the pole, repositioning your legs as necessary until you are in full inverted crucifix position.

Also if you search on dubstep here on teh forum you will find lots of music suggestions and also lots of videos that have already been done to dub.
I love Promises by Nero/Skrillex, Eyes on Fire- Zeds Dead, and Massive Attack – Paradise Circus Zeds Dead. I seem to like a lot of Flux Pavillion remixes, too as I have a bunch of them downloaded. I have linked a post by Alethea in the past and I will see if I can find it again. During Bring Back Sexy week she was looking to dance to dub and there were a TON of really good sexy suggestions.

There are more than you think! Take a look around and see for yourself. Probably our most famous is Lulu, Minicoopergirl, who was on America's Got Talent. I would also recommend Confessions of a Twirly Girl's blog (http://lolorashel.blogspot.com/).

It is an outside leg hang however you have your leg straight which means you are using more of the upper body contact for your grip which can be a little dangerous.

When I was teaching I taught reverse handstand first and then from there had them start letting go with their hands until they had the inverted crucifix position and could hold it by themselves. To me it is important to have this solid before ever doing any type of invert because this is your escape if anything goes wrong. Also, can you hold a regular crucifix? Granted gravity is working differently but if you have the technique for holding the pole with just your legs typically it is just a little adjustment to get it inverted.
