It’s always nice to see the different backgrounds and what they lend to pole dancing..
I think best thing about the fine art dancers is that their hands always look pretty when they dance. I -try- to have pretty hands, but I look on my footage, and I’m always sporting a t-rex or babyarm.

The last bit seems to be what’s taking the longest! You’ve gotten quite far in these few months, though, Joni! Almost there for you too! I feel like I do everything, but nothing consistently! The weirdest thing is I felt my most flexible during the middle of p90x, and I didn’t stretch but twice a week- on yoga and stretch days.

Angel’s pole vault is the stuff of dreams.. (..so is angel. stuff-of-dreams! sigh!) Everyone is amazing. Amazing on the pole and amazing in personality.
I already miss everyone and want to do it again IMMEDIATELY.
Even if it means cleaning up my house and moving my living room furniture into the bedroom.

I wouldn’t risk a tattoo until it was completely completely healed. Like where I treat it like any other part of my body and not like a lotion drinking hot spot. It’s been too long for me to remember how long that time period is, though!
