Yes I love studio Veenas site. I recommend it to everyone I know wanting to learn from home. Great price, with so many videos to learn from. She is very specific with how she teaches with showing you what muscle groups your using. What point of contact will be used on the pole and she shows you how to safely gradually get to the moves you want to learn. With conditioning moves and warm ups. It really is all you can ask for. I’ve been pole dancing for 10 years now and I still like to look at the videos. Check it out you won’t regret it. Not to mention the awesome support you have from the pole community. Alot of ppl show their progression and help each other out its wonderful.

have two pair of thinx. A thong medium which fits perfectly.. And a medium of the regular ones not sure what they were called. I know that doesn’t help. But the mediums are a lil small I feel i would get a large for myself in any hip huggers or normal shaped underwear. They do work. I try to stay away from tampons my mom fears it she lost a friend bc of them. Sometimes I’ll wear one the first day or on your heaviest day. Then the under wear the rest of the days. There are also organic tampons I heard u can get at bed bath beyond that dont give u toxic shock syndrome. I have yet to try them.

I honestly think, any style of pole dance is beautiful. The strength alone, even if your just doing flips and ninja shit… Is extremely sexy to me lol. Just my thought =}

My personal preference is the stainless steel. Ice always had chrome and broke out maybe three times my hole pile journey so wasnt so bad. But the studio I go to switched all their chromes to stainless steels. I just feel I have better grip with it as well but everyone is different!

Good idea. I know this is old but saw it. I can’t think of many good halloweenish songs to dance too other than come little children. I may use that one. Not sure.

I read this and was like wow. Thats my exact problem right now. I just put up my 40 mm . class its 45 and I stick to it so well. At home not at all. I have to war. It up a lot before I do anything serious on it. With spins. I may try to make the house warmer next time too. I use to stick to my 40 when I had it up in another house but not here haha.

Not sure if I can ex it well but I like doing it kind of from a reverse cowgirl or whatever its called. Step around the pole and you turn an do a reverse leg hook, but you kind of do a high leg hook your lift your self up high on the pole rather than a crown girl an the unhooked leg is straight. Then I reach my arms into a should mount position. I hope I said that right. I’ll have to see if I can find it in one of my videos an let u know what in talking about >< I dont have a pole up ATM

Damn sadly that is not a real nubra I contacted nubra.com and they said they do not carry that kind with straps at all 🙁 and that is the kind I wanted the one that you posted maybe I will still try it though please let me know if you ever find out from your friends where they got theirs thank you . but as of now I am still open for other ideas

@veena what skin types do they suggest for stainless steel ? I saw u listed ones up there for gold an chrome and I was wondering about stainless steel. I am performing next year in a cosplay costume thonits revealing I’ll be very scared an prob sweat a lot. Bc of the mask I’ll have over my mouth. So I’m looking for one that works well with sweat , wasn’t sure is stainless steel was better than the gold. Thanks!!

Thanks so much for the advice. I couldn’t find it on that site tho . maybe out of stock. Nubra is one way I want to try. Always looking for other ideas just in case it doesn’t work out. I have a year to figure it out lol

But gee do you think thats a safe site to order from? It was odd that there were no dollar signs and I couldn’t pick what size I wanted unless its one size fits all bc it fits to your shape?

Aww babe I’m sorry that happend. But don’t let it get to you. In all honestly it probably wasn’t really meant towards you. She really didn’t think you sucked. Alot of ppl on youtube ( and I had a friend Like this..) She would spend hours on YouTube randomly picking ppls channels and saying mean crap to them. Just to piss ppl off. If you look at her activity somehow she’s prob leaving mean comments on a lot of peoples pages. It’s what some ppl do on YouTube they think it’s fun. I forget what they are called but that’s seriously they’re fun time and it’s stupid lol. So please please dont let her make you feel insecure. It could have been anyone you just happend to be picked. It has nothing to do with you. How you look or how you dancem they are just dumb an calling this fun.

I got my passion back for it when I tried out a class. I was self taught an do a better workout at home by myself but i found myself doing the same things over and over an just not getting anywherr bc i lost my motivation. But it was so fun dancing with other girls .
