Be REALLY careful with bridge, I used to do it all the time when I was younger and I went to do it a few weeks ago and really hurt my back cause I wasnt ready for it. Its a fairly advanced stretch.
However when you are ready for it, here’s a good tutorial!

Been back from the honeymoon for a few days now but havent been on here much cause Im trying to get my housework sorted!! Ugh!! Worst thing about coming home from holidays!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
Egypt https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_farao.gif was awesome! I had the most wonderful time! Its so beautiful there. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif We were in a really gorgeous hotel. It was quite an unusual hotel, the rooms werent all in one building. Instead they were like little villas with your own private balcony. We were right by the beach where the water was just so beautiful. It was crystal clear and you could see fish swimming around. (Sea water in Ireland is cloudy, you cant see a thing in it!!) Also because its the Red Sea it had a high salt content so you could just float about all day without worrying about drowning! The pool scene was also beautiful. The pool itself was reeeeeally clean which is a big thing with me!! Food was gorgeous, we dined out in a different restaurant every night. We went to a niteclub which was BRILLIANT! They had an R n B night which suited me perfectly cause its my fave music!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
One of the things I wanted from my honeymoon was relaxation and I certainly got that! I didnt have to lift a finger all week! It was one of the most relaxing holidays Ive ever had. Any other holiday we’ve been on, we’ve always went site seeing and barely took time to just chill.
Because I wanted to be near the beach, Derm booked the holiday on the coast (obviously). Cairo, where the pyramids are, is not near the coast and if we were to go see the pyramids we would have had to be up at 4am to catch a plane from Sharm El Sheik to Cairo. We would have been on the plane for about 2 hours and then after we had seen the pyramids we would have had to walk around Cairo town for about 5 hours!! And then our plane would bring us back to Sharm El Sheik for 10PM!!! And all this would cost us €410 ($580)!!! So we decided not to go. We will go back to Egpyt and stay in Cairo and see the pyramids sometime in the future though.
Oh funny fact: Im very pale skinned and I dont tan easily. I burn so I wear high factor sun screen. In Ireland and most places I get teased a lot about about my pasty skin but in Egypt I was considered exotic!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif Derm was not impressed at the attention I got from the Egyptian men!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
Anyway the honeymoon was fantastic! I loved every minute. Derm is awesome for organising the whole thing! I missed James (my son) like CRAZY of course!! We havent been away from him for any more than a couple of nights since he was a baby so it was a bit of a shock to the system not having him with us! He barely missed us at all though! He was spoiled rotten by his grandparents (on both sides) and his uncles.

Ok Im at an internet kiosk in the airport and I was gonna do a thread to tell you guys where Im going on honeymoon and then I found this!!! Azriel you little sweetheart, you’re so cute!!!! I love you!!! ****hugs****
Some of you already know this, but anyway, the hubby (Derm) organised our honeymoon and decided to surprise me with the destination!!! Cue the "aaaaaaaaaaaw’s"!! I had been trying to guess where we were going and it turns out my guessing skills are crap!!!

Sorry I missed this post!!! Im glad you’re back az! I hope you get your internet fixed and also I hope that you’re in chat late on Friday night cause I wont be in til late! My friend is going out for celebratory drinks tomorrow night (to a pub I HATE! But hey its her choice!) and I gotta go. I know this sounds awful but I dont wana go at all! (Yes Im a baaaad friend).
