But thank you so much to the ladies who responded!

So i spoke with the tech manager at xpole and turns out I jacked up the threading by lowering it at an angle. So they are sending me a new a pole. Next time I willDEFINITELY do nothing except what the manual says.

The only screws under the cover say do not touch in the manual. It’s telling me to undo the three screws shown in the photo

Thank you!!!! I was extremely sad lol

Ohhh…. I undid the screws at the top of the photo… I will see if I can find the screws under the adjuster cover and try again

The height adjuster at the bottom is stuck. I removed the three hex screws at the base of the a pole to allow it to move up and down but it won’t budge. I think I may have over tightened it when I screwed it on.

How did you get it down? I’m having the exact same problem!

Thanks ladies 🙂 I definitely will just stick to the inverts I'm comfortable with for a while, or a least when I go back to poling after my rib bone heals somewhat.
I had my hands on the pole too, my problem I think was that I have really really sweaty hands once I start doing advanced moves. So I tried to do an elbow hold and push up and let go with my legs and my extended arm was slipping too much on the pole so i wiped out :/ I just get frustrated having to get down and wipe the pole off so much, maybe I should go buy itac or something
