Pole Mamas Body Grip is also easy to clean up off the pole and I don’t find my body has any reactions to the ingredients like I do with some products. You can even order it with your name on it which has been helpful when taking classes/workshops. I got it as a free sample when I went to the Florida Pole and Aerial Showcase last year and then bought the bigger size after trying it out.

I have used it and love it – of course I am not in the cold climate you are in but I use it behind my knees mainly and it is very effective. They also sell stunt grip which is great for hands in place of dry hands….I say check them out!

I really like the shorts from Mika. I got the Mikaela shorts in black and blue and I don’t feel the are cheeky. I prefer my butt to be completely covered and these do so. I like the side strings for those moves that require more skin contact (like bikini type bottoms) with the pole and then I can loosen them after. The Lynn top was surprisingly comfortable and supportive.

I have been doing shakeology for over a year and love it. Lost weight with it and have had many friends with same experience.

No… I’m with you. I’m a total planner but my other half is fly by the seat….drives me insane. Sometimes it’s great and you end up doing things so unexpected…but when it comes to wanting to do stuff that is structured or “special”….you have to plan in advance……

Try microfiberproducts.com. They are an authorized seller for Xpole (I checked with xpole on this when I bought my pole from them). They might have them in stock –

I have an Xpert Xpole and love it – I like that I can adjust the height to go to friends house and such. I don’t find it hard to take apart and put back up. I haven’t tried the veena pole however if I could (afford it) I would have my xpole and a SV pole – my xpole is chrome and I think the powder coat would be nice sometimes – plus two is always better than one right? I think you said you were renting now and then moving to permanent house. I’m assuming you would be moving to a place with higher ceilings? If so, think about the xpole so you can expand when needed rather than getting a whole new pole (since it is cut to size). It took me a month to decide and its not an easy decision but I’m glad I went with what I did. Also, I would definitely get a pole than can spin or static….I’ve seen so many posts that have been bummed later that they didn’t go that route. Just my two cents….you can’t go wrong with xpole, SV pole or platinum stages. Oh and my ceilings are 10 foot – invert isn’t an issue but wish I could go higher – as you advance you will want a taller pole if you can have in a room with higher ceilings (note xpole sells vaulted ceiling adaptors).

Nevermind….I just re-read your post – Saturday…got it….hahahaa

Sierra – which time slot did you take with Charlee? I’m thinking of taking Amber’s on Saturday morning just haven’t bit the bullet yet 🙂

Heard back from Cleo – she said her advanced flex workshop is splits based, middle and front. Don’t’ need an overspilt but close to the splits or flat splits is recommended. Intermediate workshop is a more basic workshop but a comfortable invert is recommended. Hope this helps!

Is there something in particular you didn’t like about it?

I got a 4 and it is plenty for what I need and is very cushy. The pole studios I go to have both and the 4 has worked fine.
