How many reps should we do per day I'll be working on the half flag as I've just started poling but I'd like to know how many sets, reps, and days per week should I be doing these strength excersises. Any tips would help out a bunch please and thank you. 🙂

I use dirtygirlpoletice first and then use some some liquid chalk and then I'm good to go no more sweaty palms or pole. Maybe that'll help someone. 🙂 Happy poling

I know I'm not as experienced as some of the other polers on this page as I've only had my pole almost a week now but I must say that I love my 45mm chrome xpert. I'm pretty petite but I can actually close my hand and feel confident vs on the 50mm where I found getting a solid grip to be difficult. Just my two cents https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I'm going through this right now. About two weeks ago I lifted a bag of dog food and I apparantly lifted it wrong. After a week of not being able to walk sit or stand without pain I decided to go to a chiropractor. My first visit they took xrays and did an adjustment. I felt better after my first adjustment it made the pain bearable. My doctor says that I pinched my sciatic nerve between my L5 and my sacrum. The pain is still there and constant but it's somewhat more managable. I've been to the chiropractor twice the second time I went they did electrode therapy which felt amazing. I never thought to pair a chiropractor with an PT or a massage therapist. I'll ask my doctor about it on my next visit I actually think they have an in office massage therapist. Thanks for the info ladies.

I work for our local tax collector/dmv office. I'm a clerk so I process dmv car registration renewals, property tax payments, and I do vehicle title transfers all day. I'm constantly sitting so that's a downside, but hey it pays the bills. 🙂

@Brandi yes my name is a reference to Tool and I absolutely love them. Ok this is an update i did order this new age tan and I was super excited followed the injections like the directions stated did the tanning both in a bed and outdoors along with the injections. My results we're absolutely nothing :(. Just a big waste of money for me. The only thing that happened were the current freckles I have got darker and I got some new ones. My dermatologist noticed a spot on my arm that was really dark and concerned by it so they actually had to do a biopsy on it. Luckily it came back as normal. After that scare though I am done with new age tan. I have switched to Fake Bake which smells soo yummy and lasts 3-4 days no more chemicals for me. 🙂
