I have tried the rubber wrench using cold but not the hot with a hair dryer.  Will definitely try this.

I saw your clip on Inside Edition and it was really good.  I think it aired on Friday.

I have done poling for a bit and got out of it, I don't know if I got lazy or lost interest and when I saw your clip, it reminded me that my pole is collecting dust in my closet, I was debating on selling it but, I think I will put it back up and star using it again. 

Like you said the first time you poled it was very addictive.  I felt the same way.

Well keep poling and keep enjoying it.  It doesn't matter what size you are cause not everyone can pole or walk in those cool heels.  It is alot of hard work but it is so much fun.
