I completed P90x about 2 years ago, it was a great program but took ALOT of time, and only focuses on one body part at a time. I had success with the program then went on to find Scott Sonnon and tac fit commando and his other programs! Its alot less time consuming and works your total body in each exercise. P90x was a great start but I would totally say that Scott Sonnon’s program is more advanced and will get you stronger and take a who lot less time, check him out after your done with Tony.

Marley i know what you mean alot of people stoped talking to me once I learned about the food and tried to tell them about it, I quickly learned that alot of people don’t want to hear it and even get mad or insulted, I thought I would throw it out there because I feel its important info and the peeps on here are so great, I felt the need to share!

@Webmaster that’s a great idea! Im gona have to check around my area to see if I can save some cash! I joined a CSA at an organic farm a few towns over last summer and it was a great experience! A whole lot of veggies from may through oct. For a flat fee up front. Plus its fun if you have kids because you can work on the farm and my favorite the pick your own berrys or tomatoes ect!
