    Ok interesting. I usually only need dry hands because I live in the south with lots of humidity, heat, etc., but maybe I’ll try without it. I think I also have some tite grip so I’ll give that a go today too. Thanks for your advice!

    Yeah my CKR, CAR, and my planks seem to be giving me the most trouble- really anything where I have to hold on with my thighs. After applying a metric fuck ton of grip aid and trying to squeeze tighter, I think they’re starting to get better now. I’m hoping that it’s just me being physically drained.
