    LM is actually about the same price. But I had seen a review where the Yoga Direct one had torn in two weeks. So I was concerned.

    I just got this move a week ago on my 45mm stage pole but I cannot get it on my 50mm xpert. I don’t know why bc I’m 5’8″ n I feel like I’m going to break in half trying it on the 50mm.

    I dont know if I have the tacky ones or not. I got them from Bad Kitty. I’ve worn them about 5 times for hours with no problems. I love them. Hope mine don’t start doing this but it doesn’t look like they are. I still bruise but my foot just hates me. I know it’s not the merchandise.

    Thanks everyone. The Epsom salt worked wonders. N I’m gonna check into the Found things n look at the stuff mighty grip has to offer. The only thing that saved me last time was a guy bought a champagne room for 4 1/2 hours. Don’t know if I can pull that one off again but I’m definitely gonna try. Thank y’all so much. If you think of anything else please let me know. 🙂

    I have a 50mm Xpert Xpole and it's great for leg holds but I'm tall and still have grip issues. I just recently purchased an Xstage lite and got a 45mm.  It is amazing. I can do so much more stuff on it. I really wanted the 50mm to hope to be good enough to perform, but I've kinda given up on that. I've been stalled out on my moves for a while. Hope this helps in some way. Happy Poling!
