Use this as a teaching experience…this is the perfect opportunity to teach her about the fitness aspect and art aspect of pole dancing. It’s about teaching responsibility and what comes with the good and bad side of it. Plus it could be a great bonding experience for you two! Same here! There are a few small spots where some of the popcorn came off..but it’s not noticeable at all!

I am too in search of the true answer to this question. I can control going fast or slow…but I would love to know the secret to maintaining the same speed through out…if you watch Felix it’s almost like the pole turns at a consistent speed…how??

the thing is…usually when I practice at the studio there are no other people there watching..so it’s not like performance induced success! I just don’t get it!

Breath! Seriously…deep breath. This is one of those moves that it is going to hurt no matter what until your skin in "desensitized". I remember when I was learning to pole sit and I thought I was supposed to stay up there purely by my skin. Once I really started to squeeze my thighs together the pain started to subside. Also, one thing I have found is that when you cross your legs, slightly turn them inward so you are pulling more on the top inner thigh vs the middle sensitive inner thigh!
