that is not a holly drop….a holly drop would end in a scorpio. I call that an egg drop…because you end up curled up in an egg position..

I think you can either email Veena and ask or if you paid via paypal you can go under the transaction info and click "cancel subscrition"…

Microfibre cloths work well too when you’re wiping the pole down.
And what is this rubbing alcohol I hear everybody going on about? I’m in the UK – is it an american thing? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Rubbing alcohol is just isopropyl alcohol…we usually get it at a pharmacy for food store! I believe in the UK it’s the same thing as surgical spirit… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Oh yeah.. DO NOT USE WINDEX on BRASS poles…the ammonia in it will cause the brass to oxidize….meaning it will turn your hands blue/green! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

This might sound bad… But when I practice/perform I don’t use any deodorant. It gets ALL over the pole, some have oils in them which make it hard for me to grip and other make my pole stiff and hard to spin on and they are all hard to clean off the pole. So I don’t wear any… Problem solved https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif If you don’t have major problems with smell or sweat try it. Also, when I practice/perform I don’t use moisturising body wash, you know body washes with oils infused (or whatever). I just use a bar soap like dove.Pease Out, Happy Poling!
I am the same! I’m not a horribly sweaty person so this isn’t much of an issue…but off of the pole I use Dove (that reduces hair growth…and I love it!) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Not to sound crude…but if you don’t want to be bruised all the time then pole isn’t the right sport! Even the best of the best sport new bruises from pole! Bruising and pole burn are common! I think Veena has some great conditioning exercises but I’ve always said that the best way to train for something is just to do it!
Okay..sorry if this sounded a little bitchy…hehe I must be pms’ing! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
