Hi, I got my pole powder coated. It helped a lot but I live in Pittsburgh and it sometimes gets slick. But it’s great when it’s warm.

Md5677. It’s chrome. It’s super slick. I can’t even grip it without my hands sliding. I’ve tried every thing grips, etc. I sand papered it ( which made it worse ). I feel this is the only option left.

I can do pull ups with my hands close together. But the wide pull ups are difficult. But. I’m still going to keep at it.
