    I had this issue too. Couldn’t upload at all on Firefox and IE wasn’t loading so I downloaded chrome which then told me I needed to configure something on my network settings so I clicked on the wrench symbol on the left side of chrome and un-checked proxy server. After doing so everything worked including my Itunes!! That was my issue but I’m sure there are other reasons as to why That error message pops up..
