    Get the X – definitely!

I danced once on one of the cheaper poles and it came down mid-spin. Make the investment – otherwise you’ll be making it twice. Once for the cheapo and once again to replace it with the X.

And congrats on getting into pole! You’ll love the forum!

That’s wonderful! Way to go! Figuring out climbing takes a bit, but then it seems really natural. Good job!

Sascha, you are the best for posting this!

So, to be clear, are we talking both kinds of farting, or just from Miss Va Jay Jay? I can’t wait to see what fun inverting brings. (Now we know the real reason the music is turned up so loudly in the clubs!) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I’m glad you’re taking a break. Sounds like a lot of stress and pain right now. Sometimes those fear attacks come with a reason – maybe something scared you and triggered it? And it’s fine to remove your videos. Like Sascha says, if it makes you feel safer, it’s a good thing. I’ve done similar stuff myself. And you can always post more, if you change your mind.

Fear is good to listen to – it helps you take care of yourself. Just because we sometimes don’t understand what triggered it until later on, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t listen to it in the moment.

    I love my Dance Paws!

I have a lot of problems with my feet so I can’t go barefoot on hard floors anymore (and no high heels much at all, sniff sniff). When I’m teaching or dancing on wooden floors, I wear them. Here’s a link to them:

    http://www.discountdance.com/spframe_set.php3?mf=/dancewear/style_DP1.html&camp=G_DancePaws&ovmkt=VHVCGLKSIBH11TF9P5G8IB2KD8&gclid=CJqI6o2pg5oCFQJ-xgodwxe1FQ

I wear them for belly dancing, not pole, since my pole is in a carpeted room and, at the pub, I wear kitten heels. I love them!

    Hi Roxy –

    I think it’s a great idea! Wa-hoo!

Personally, I think it can be great to offer a mix of classes, but that wouldn’t make or break my decision to go there. As an owner, though, you might find women wanting to attend more than one kind of class, so you’ll get a stronger relationship with each student. Better for business. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I suspect the market for the parties is different than for the classes. I’m sure there’s overlap, but a person arranging a fun bachelorette party is different from a person signing up for a full session. So I would let your personal preference be the guide. If you think they’d be fun to do, do them. If not, I don’t think they’d be necessary.

Can’t wait to hear how it goes!

PoleGirlSonia – Wa-hoo!! Way to go! I didn’t get to see it, but that is fantastic!!

And I definitely want to interview you. Email me your email and I’ll get the questions out to you. And there’s always a section to add anything of interest I didn’t know to ask about. The more you write, the cooler the read. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

    You all are the best!

    Thank you!

    Trena,

I would love it! The more, the merrier. I can’t be the only one who loves to read about other pole dancers. It catches my eye like nothing else! Email me your email, too.

Glad you like the site. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
