I got this when I first started pole, but the good news is it did go away for me pretty quickly as I started to pole more then once a week https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Hope the same is for you. Just a case of persevering and building strength like the others have said. Hope it gets better soon

I guess if flights are cheaper we could all fly in from our local airports. I’m in the middle of country so have quite a few airports around i can get to. I’m pretty sure Liverpool is a big airport for inland flying for the girls further up the country

I would def recommend setting up a cam for yourself though, even if you don’t publish your vids. I find its really good to watch yourself back and be your own critic. I just set my camera up on the speaker in the corner of the room, press record and then forget about it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Try it, you might surprise yourself with what you capture https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif
