I agree with Kobajo84, I was actually going to suggest the same vid from exdiva – I’ve been using her prep suggestions to get the split grip and I finally did my first split grip aysha last week (very shaky of course!)

the other suggestion for the split grip is to use loads of grip aid at first – it helped me get into position and understand what it felt like for my body before my hands started to slide! I did the same when I was learning my shouldermount and of course now I’m strong enough that I don’t need to use grip stuff anymore on that.

What I love about pd is that regardless of how ‘bulky’ someone does or doesn’t get, it leaves you with a lovely balanced bodyshape. I’ve been doing thai boxing for 6-7 years and the last year and a half of pole dancing has given me a better overall body shape than running/gym/swimming/martialarts ever did.

Some of the shapes and poses the professional pd’s make on the pole are just jaw dropping, they look so toned, slim, even petite, yet when you see them in normal photos they’re actually quite muscular.

I have to say, I’ve kinda got a crush on my new guns https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

    Hi lovely ladies,

I don’t believe I have actually posted here before (ok so maybe I was slightly stalking for a month or two https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif )

But what better way to ‘come out’ of the poling closet by posting a link to Felix’s performance on the tyra show!!!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91SHVLMoFRo

She’s put in a couple of new crazy tricks https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif just as unbelievable as always. I’ve been trying to find this clip for ages as but as you may note its not tagged either pole dancing or felix cane (silly poster)

(This stalking knack has come in handy as I was kind of doing the same to felix’s youtube profile and noticed she favourited this last week – how sad am I!!!)

    xx
