Is it the x-sport static model? or x-pert spinny/static? Hope your move to HI goes smoothly 🙂

Wow I thought my ceilings were low! I at least have the one little extention at the top! (barely though!)

I know what you mean about practicing the pole climb… What a pain! 9 ft ceilings would be a dream for this 5-ft-2 girl! 🙂

Anyway, so now after those 30 days I started her 6 week 6 pack DVD.. I’ll be on my last day on mothers day, so happy mothers day to me if I get a 6 pack that’s finally visible! 🙂

Y’all keep up the amazing work!

Whew! 100 days… I guess I’m sorta doing something similar. A couple of weeks ago I finished a jillian michaels DVD (along with poling every other day), it’s called the 30 Day Shred. I only skipped 2 days, otherwise no breaks. It’s only a 20 min vid, but man she kicked my butt!!! It gave me the jumpstart I needed. I’ve cut out a lot of sugar from my diet (mainly dr pepper…total addict…so bad for you though! Lol) and added a lot more water intake as well as turning to gran fruits & veggies for snacks.

Sugar scrub, followed by coconut oil…simple & works beautifully!

I know this is kind of a tangent but Coconut oil isn’t super greasy like olive oil etc. I use it all over in the shower & then pat off any excess with my towel. I’ve read that people tan the most gorgeous tan, and rarely burn from using coconut oil too! It’s naturally antiaging…Haven’t tried tanning with it yet so I’ll have to let y’all know about that later. I always burn lol.

Good luck with all the moisturizing tips, certainly you will find something that will work for you out of all the suggestions!

These look like awesome exercises for your core! Before my pole addiction, I was (and still am) totally and utterly addicted to PILATES! It is great for core strength! You become strong, but in a very LEAN way with pilates. These vids are the very basics of pilates! 🙂

I've had a little bit of numbness/twitchiness after pushing myself some, but it's always gone away within an hour! I never knew what exactly it was, I hope your numbness is nothing serious!

When I started reading this thread I thought for certain it was going to be the topic I’ve been thinking about and had some trouble, not much, but some with certain moves being more difficult for me. I’m 5"7′ and weight 120lbs. And have no torso. In fact, I had my friend take the measurements. My legs are twice as long as my torso! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif I took ballet for many years and wasn’t allowed to play sports for fear of it "beefing" up my legs so I don’t have that…..

YES! Shout out to all the no-torso chicks out there! lol
