I'm the bigest girl in my class (BMI = 32) and to be honest I'm the best. 😀 Of course I fight to get some moves but I rock the others. I'm very strong because I have to carry more weight. Recently I lost only 3 kg and it makes a huge difference so I get motivation to lose more and pole will help me with that.

My pole was the same, I didn't wanted to practise at all, but somebody told me to use vinegar to clean it and it helped a lot.

If you put your pole in spining mode does the lights spin as well ?

To be able to have your camera close while recording you can always buy wide-angle lens. I use Sony video camera with that kind of lens and I can keep my camera very close to the object and still have whole object in the frame.

We had some "international" pole dance competition here last months and there was one girl from Hungary, she ask to clean the pole by her way. So first one I assume was an alcohol, probably spirit and the next one I don't know what it was but it made whole pole all white, then she didn't use anything in her hands. She stuck very well all her routine.
I don't know what it was but I know that if you like more or less dry hands you should maybe tray to apply it on the pole from and your hands. Try it and see how it will work.

I also have a problem with CNR, I did it before few times, felt more or less comfortable and then suddenly stopped, without any reason I just cant do it now. Feels like slipping in my bend knee, like my leg is not strong enough anymore, really strange for me. I think unfortunately I am a chicken. 🙁

I can't watch any video, lessons or users, when I try to open any of them I see title and descripton, there is no video window. Two days ago everything was ok, I didn't change anything in my comupter. Any ideas ?

Caitlin, I don't have, but I will try to find one. We did it in our last classes. When you fly in Carusel, you have to let go lower hand turn your body and push your hips to the front and in the same time let your legs to make round.

Not very advance but I realy like them:
Swining (Veena cals it Half Spin) to Back Hook to Basic Teddy (you just hold the pole by two hands and open your legs like in normal Teddy)
Front Attitude to Back Attitude
Cradle Spin to Reverse Grab
In my classes we have a lot of combos if I remember any I'll post it.

I can immagine how stresfull it is, didn't dance for my hubby yet but I have to agree that for him it's most imortant that it's HIS GIRL DANCING FOR HIM, not how many inverts you did. Sexy moves, some floorwork and his yours. 😀
