Hey V,I’m curious,are you having any other symptoms?I know you said you’d get dizzy and that your ears feel blocked.Is it itching or any drainage?Do you hear "swishing or other noises in your ear?You said you get dizzy,does it worsen when you change positions?Any difficulty swallowing,hoarseness,neck pain,or pain when you open you mouth?Have you recently had a head cold or problem with your eyes,mouth,teeth,jaws,sinuses,or throat.Disorders in these areasmay refer pain to the ear along the cranial nerves.So that’s what my guide to signs and symptoms is asking.And then it lists over 18 different medical causes depending on the symptoms so let me know and I’ll look them up..xoxo

Hey Sabrina!I totally agree with V,Amy and Jenn! It just takes some conditioning of the underarm just like with the legs.Remeber when you did your first pole sit and the unbearable pain!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif And now painless,right? Hey chris,So i’m Windows through foxfire and the videos are hit and miss.(some of them work fine and others i get a black screen but can hear the music).
