    I’ve been taught a wrap around/tucked pole sit/drama queen moving SLOWLY (no hands) into a pike (the same move, with extended legs) and then dropping into CAR, but legs up first to lock, then the body follows. I believe this can be made very fast to look like going straight from a drama queen to the CAR, is this what you mean?
