Hence why I don’t even enter photo competitions. I been poling for 8 months know lots if moves learnt by YouTube. And I put all my info in. Including how long the move took me and how long I been poling. And my picture wasn’t submitted in. But over 50 others are. Of professional pictures. Mines was from my camera. They discriminate in thier own way. Intimidation is what I call it. Took them years to perfect something. Took me 2-3 weeks…lmaooo But whatever I will never enter any comps. Too much crap to deal with.

Some people are just down right crazy charging that much. I’m sorry but I don’t care how awesome you are. No one should be charging that much. Thats why I will always learn on my own. YouTube and studio Veena….

I know some pole pros that charge over 1000.00!!!!! I'm like kiss my butt. I don't care how good you are. Or how many comps you won. That's just robbery!!!! And yes 1000.00 for 1 lesson the whole day. Which probably is 5-8hrs!!!!

My husband asked me why was I laughing so much. So I told him about pole farts and queefing….lol he just gave me a look like “what the hell are you talking about?” So i had to sit here and explain to him what that meant and how it happens when you don’t relax ur muscles when your poling…l. He says ” well I thought you woman just queef when your getting down and dirty in bed”….lol Im like no sir…lol

I have so many I can’t wait to try out this week. Today for the first time I got the Marion Amber!!!! Going to work on some more tomorrow. But first I will be creeping through some of you gals/guys videos and see what I will try. Feel free to let me know some really good moves and tutorials I can look at to learn.
It’s crazy cause people can’t believe I have only be poling for 5 months ( I have never been on a pole prior to 5 months ago when I purchased my first pole). I can do so many moves. I’m a very determined person. And when I want to do something I put my blood and strength in it. I know alot of people say start with the basics. I can’t. I get to bored with some of those moves. I love challenges!!! When it comes to flipping and being upside down on the pole I have to try it….lol

CapFeb I know exactly what you mean. Though I haven’t tried the Janerio and a few other advanced moves. I’m good at trying any hard trick(take me a few try’s) but beg/and some intermediate moves I can’t do…lmaooo

I got the Phoenix twice and that was 3 months ago….lol tried doing it again and can’t get it for the life me…lol…I been poling for 6-7 months and I can pretty much do alot of pole tricks…the Phoenix and cocoon is going to be the death of me…lmaooo

Im dealing with the same thing. Two sick kids!!! Both have strep!!!.. I feel like I have to learn everything all over again…I was getting use to not getting dizzy on spin mode. Now I want to barf everytime….lol Now to work on that again. I can thank my tonsils being removed!!!! Have to get my back flexible again!!!

Elysebeth how long did it take you? Cause I need it in order to present pole fitness on base. They want certified instructors. A safety thing. They don’t need nor want to get sued if someone gets hurt. Plus if they pass this through the higher ups and they approve they will fund the program. So certification is a must.

And here I’m thinking the entire time I needed a pole instructors license to teach…lol….I guess I will be doing my research…lol Everyone I spoke to keeps saying you need instructors license or a certification.

Does anyone know where I can get my instructors license? And how much? The nearest pole studio to me is 4-6hrs away!!!! I’ll be back in mass on vacation for a month in June. Is that long enough to get my instructors license?
