Hi,

I have to agree that age is just a number! I am 41 years young and I am the proud owner of Chic Physique. I started poling 5 years ago and I have no plans of stopping! Because of poling I now train and perform on silks and this year started gymnastics and landed my back handspring for the first time in 25 years! I feel better than I ever did in my 20s, I am now working on my flexibility!

Welcome to the forum! I don’t know much about Texas but one of my students just moved to San Antonion and is wondering if there are any studios. My understanding is that Pole Floating techniques is the ability control pole moves using strengthening techniques that Takeila teaches.

This is Tina (chicgirl) from Chic Physique! We would love to have you come by and try out our classes. I am always looking for hoopers! I have 5 kids (21,20,19,15,10), I think this is why I have a studio (needed a place to run and hide). LOL. We are closed because of the weather and the holidays but we open back up on Jan 3rd.
