I’m curious, what are those pink horseshoe shaped thingys?
They are equalizers. You can do all kinds of great body weight exercises on them. check out marc leberts you tube site (hes a good friend and the one who invented them) for some ideas on how to use them. i have some on my gallery (videos) too,

Ok, so the studio is looking AMAZING!!! I really hope to see any of you who live even close to Mississauga visit.
