As it is just new, some people from here may or may have not purchased it yet.

Hi Chemgoddess, yes, we are working on that now.

Since I have so many people ordering from all over the world, it is definitley easier for many.

Some still like having the hard copy, so both will still be options for purchase.

OMG i used the same book 6 years ago and have never ever ever smoked again.  It was like a miracle.  Anyone who really wants to quit should really give this book a try.  I quit a pack a day habit with it

Hi there,

not sure if you still need some ideas, but in my beg/int and int/adv DVD's, I have alot of pole conditioning exercises with modifications for anyone from a new student to someone who has been participating for quite a while.  The exercises can be used in a circuit and are all about lifts and holds and climbs (in unique ways) using the pole.

I had the ps spinning poles at my old studio and they were VERY fast.  You really had to be careful how you went into certain moves and at points, it felt uncontrollable.

I have only tried the xstage for spin and I liked it.  I assumed that the spin slowed as you climbed because of the free standing pole- the sway disrupts the pole spinning smoothly.

 

Id be interested to hear from someone who has tried both ps and xpole spinning at at least 12 feet.
