Yes I did watch it over and over lol….I just didn’t realize you had to loosen the 3 hex screws in order for the adjuster cover to fall down! That was the advice I got and IT WORKED!

I have the SSA 3.0, 50 mm, spinny static. It’s easy to put together and it now comes with a 10 foot pole which is one piece available for purchase. I havent made the platform move but then again I cant do advanced moves yet….guess I will see what happens whenever I do. It is in my garage becuz I have really high ceilings in there. My pole is a little over 9 feet becuz i bought the extension. It is so cold out there that I have not used it much this winter at all but Ilike it. One pin that u remove changes it to spinny and it’s really smooth. There is wobble since it’s not attached to anything and I have wanted to try an XSL to compare but havent had the opportunity.

I feel as tho I am “stuck” becuz of my inability to invert just yet. Dont most if not all tricks start from the basic invert? Ugh….Ill keep trying tho.

This is in my attic and I was looking up at it…this is the roof of my attic and I just took a pic of it and wondered if my ceiling in bedroom looks the same way behind the drywall. I cant get to that tho so I was thinking maybe they were the same.

To answer the question about what to tell your kids…well mine are grown but I do have a little grandson who is just 2. He plays on it (while Im watching) and we are just treating it as another piece of gym equipment. Of course he is not having friends over at this point either but I intend to just treat it casually. 🙂

The Lil Mynx has a disguise as a plant hook when pole is not up.

I have a SSA and I really like it. I wondered about the sway as well but in some videos the sway seemed to be the same…so IM not sure. It’s easy to put together and u can buy extensions for it.:)

Yes I was told that I wud need 4 pieces plus 3 xjoints. The more pieces the more flex Ill feel. Should I chose a room with lower ceilings ?

I had a broken foot (top) and for a while I could not do much of anything. After I was “on the mend” I practiced floor work and did sit ups. I was still wearing the funny shoe so I wasnt healed all the way. Just have to be careful not to re-injure. Feel better!

I have a 50 but I have really long finger,s but I do like the feel of the 45 too. Im thinking 45 may be better for your hands and maybe overall. Im sure more experienced polers will chime in. Welcome!

This is an old thread but I wanted to say that I really like my SSA. Very easy to put together, solid strong , heavy pole and it’s stainless. Customer service has been wonderful to me. 🙂
