I was not familiar with Zed's Dead so I youtubed them. I think it would work, nice and slow, especially the one called "you and I". I like it! Really tho, it's whatever you like to move to I'm told! Try it and see.. 🙂

I have only had 3 pole classes but I have had a stubborn virus before. It will get better but it does take a little while to feel 100 %. There are many stubborn viruses out there but keep resting and drinking fluids and you will start to improve. Don't give up! Remember, it's temporary.

Yes , it was a LM pole and the person who posted said she had to get a longer screw.

Oh yes, I am going to put it in the joist for sure..just read somewhere that a block of wood would add even more reinforecement.

On one PS site it says the superpoles are $399 and another says "Your price is $299!" Then there is a valentines discount that doesnt seem to work when I apply it….
